German Chocoalate B-Day


This is my first German Chocolate Cake. I really enjoyed making the pecan coconut frosting (and eating a good portion of it). The cake had a relaxation asian theme, so I made bamboo out of fondant for the sides of the cake and a colorflow bonsai tree for the top. Overall I was really happy with the result.
